Experienced Leasing Agent

We are currently seeking an energetic, friendly, and organized professional to join our team as an on-site Leasing Consultant for one of our apartment communities in Dundalk, MD. The SilverBrick Group was founded in 2012 with a mission to find and revitalize mismanaged historical properties and create a unique luxury living experience. SilverBrick targets properties where repositioning can unlock hidden value and renovates from the inside out - creating positive momentum and reviving the surrounding community. We're looking for a Leasing Consultant who is personable, upbeat, and will thrive in a fast-paced sales-driven environment. As the face of The SilverBrick Group, you will be the first point of contact for anyone interested in learning about the community; Conduct tours of the facility and units with prospective residents; Answer any questions individuals may have about the move-in process, over the phone, and in person; Follow up on emails and respond to phone calls in a timely fashion. This position is full time, with Saturdays mandatory. Required hours are 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays; (please note, this schedule may be subject to change during busier times of the year). Must have excellent communication skills; Have a positive disposition, as the first impression of the community it is important to offer a welcoming hand; Three years of leasing experience is preferred; At least one year of sales experience and be comfortable selling both in person and over the phone; Excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills are a must; Passion for delivering top-notch service to help any and all residents and prospective residents. Competitive hourly salary with bonus potential. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
