Project Manager - Concrete ConstructionJob Requirements:
Must have at least 10 years experience of construction, design, finance, and management of concrete construction projectsBe at least of legal working age due to nature of working environmentPass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and Fit for Work physicalDisplay a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all timesBe willing to travel to job sites when requiredBe willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays when necessaryReport to work on-time and work overtime when requiredMust have valid identificationStrictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee HandbookHave willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as requiredWear personal protective equipment in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA/MOSH/VOSHDemonstrate the ability to work independently after instructionBi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not requiredReliable transportationEducation/
Experience:
Direct work experience as a Project ManagerAbility to read and interpret Architectural and Structural DrawingsStrong computer skills with experience using MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Timberline, Outlook etc.
Knowledge with human resource procedures regarding hiring, training, coaching, evaluating performance, and equal employment and affirmative action complianceKnowledge of concrete construction site operationsStrong math and computational skillsOSHA 10-Hour courseA Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or ArchitectureInterested in hearing more?
