WHAT YOU'LL DO Administer human resources policies and procedures, including discipline Oversee new employee orientation Guide career exploration with managers and employees Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED A bachelor's degree and five (5) years of HR experience, or seven (7) years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education Excellent time management skills; accustomed to meeting tight deadlines Ability to communicate effectively Experience with HRIS systems System savvy - able to quickly learn our HR systems EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE Kronos & Work Day experience Labor Union experience is a plus Highly creative, motivated, and collaborative Thrive on the energy that comes with leading change ABOUT YOU You're an experienced HR professional who thrives on leading change and partnering with the business to achieve results ABOUT US Wallenius Wilhelmsen is an iconic shipping and logistics company with premium end-to-end supply chain management.
