30AM - 5:
00PM Monday - Friday.
The primary responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
Sorting mail, answering phones, taking detailed messages, and transferring calls Updating logs and following up with vendors Filing, copying, and scanning Organizing meetings, arranging travel, managing records and monitoring expenses Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms Maintaining a filing system and contact list Cleaning the office Setting up Bids Running errands such as going to post office, picking up dry cleaning, etc.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Vehicle High School Diploma/GED Pass a background, and drug test Lift 50 lbs Preferred, but not required:
1 year of experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook 1 year of administrative/clerical experience Compensation is based on experience.
The right candidate should be detail-oriented and possess excellent time management skills.
