The primary responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to :
Overseeing current and upcoming projects Communication with employees in the field (scheduling, ordering material, etc.
) Attend progress meetings Estimating bids for potential/upcoming projects Creating & Reviewing take-offs Creating proposals Price changes in scope / Create change orders Submittals, RFI's, Purchase Orders Review contracts Close out documentation Order material Weekly visits to job sites Requirements :
Project Management experience Commercial & Industrial electrical experience Excellent communication skills Proficient knowledge with the following software:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, ConEst, AutoCAD, Adobe Drivers License High School Diploma or Equivalent Completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship Program Estimating experience Proficient knowledge of N.

Ability to read blue prints This position is full-time.
